Payment terms:
The Customer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account in the following order: 100% of the cost of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire batch of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse. The shipping cost is included with the price of the Goods.
Delivery terms:
The supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered product must be new, not restored. Term of execution of works:60 days from the date of signing the contract. When shipping the goods, mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. The Supplier ensures 100% fulfillment of the Customer's request (assortment and quantity).
