Executive requirements: 1. Contractor must repair the transformer TMZ-2500/6/0.4-Y3; 2. After repair the mandatory filing of customer equipment in the established temperature mode. Documents provided to the customer after repair: -Act of work, with an indication of the period of guarantee; -power transformer test reports. 3. Works with all necessary equipment, the responsibility of the contractor, the customer provides the Executive Director the necessary number of transformer oil for topping up the transformer TMZ-2500/6/0.4-Y3.

accommodation and meals at the customer's site, as well as the mobilization of personnel is at the expense of the contractor. Assisting the customer may, under the terms of the TK at the rates described in paragraphs No. 7, no. 9.
