Payment terms:Payment for services (works) is made by the Customer in Russian currency within 60 calendar days from the date of acceptance certificates of timber (certificates of completed works), by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account. Payment is not made until all defects in the work committed by the Contractor, noted in the act of acceptance and transfer, are completely eliminated. The customer pays for the work performed at the rate of 95% of the cost of the work actually performed and 5% of the cost of the work actually performed on the basis of the act of delivery and acceptance of the work performed to clean up the plots.

Several stages of rebidding may be carried out based on the results of a commercial evaluation of the proposals of the Bidders Called for Bidding.
