The supply agreement is concluded between the supplier and the subcontractor for construction and installation work (subcontractors working at the facilities of "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer").

The procedure is two-stage: stage 1 - pre-qualification selection, stage 2 - requests for proposals.
Participants are required to fill out a qualification questionnaire in the form of OOO Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer, and provide all the necessary documents. Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature. Only those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection according to this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.

This prequalification is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The customer also has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
