Comments: Participants have the opportunity to submit 2 applications: prepaid and postpaid. The supply agreement is concluded between the supplier and LLC "Construction Company MIS". The organizer has the right to conduct stage 2 (rebidding) in case of an unsatisfactory result at the first stage. Applicants who submitted the most favorable offers will be admitted to rebidding. The winner of the procedure will be recognized the proposal of the applicant who offered the best conditions in accordance with the requirements and criteria of the procedure.
