Construction and installation works: Advance payment within 10 (ten) working days after the conclusion of the contract.
For the first contract of construction and installation work, an advance of 10%,
for the second and more than 30%.

Mandatory conditions:
1. There are Appendices attached to the competitive bidding process, where the maximum cost of works + materials is indicated (When submitting a commercial offer to the lot you are interested in, please fill in the appropriate Appendix (lot number corresponds to the Application number).
2. Provide a reduction factor from the initial cost specified in the Applications. Please note that on the second tab there is an increasing/decreasing regional coefficient from the tariff. Apply the same percentage of reduction to all items (work+materials).
3. The deadline for the implementation of the RSR: Organics (new stores) - no more than 45.
4. Advance payment for the first object (for new Contractors) is 10%. Subsequent objects are 30%.
5. The counterparty is selected at the lowest cost on the TC Development of the TC Perekrestok. A framework agreement is concluded with the number of objects.
6. If the contractor violates the terms and quality of the work, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract.
7. Please note that the demand will be divided into several lots in one competitive procedure for the Vostok region. According to the results of the tenders, the tender commission has the right to choose for itself the distribution of one Call for Bidding to one counterparty.

Attached to the bid documentation is a standard statement of the scope of work in the forma_1000_organika format for the reference set of work (not to be filled in)
Requirements for the Contractor for installation work:
1. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
2. The amount of the insurance sum of the Contractor's SRO for repair and construction works or reconstruction on leased and purchased areas, existing retail facilities, or the purchased facility must be at least 60 million rubles.
3. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of Retail facilities.
4. The average annual amount of work performed by the SRO, SMR for the last 2 (two) years (or for the full year worked out, if the company was registered less than 2 years ago) must be at least the insured sum of the SRO for repair and construction work or reconstruction on leased and acquired areas, existing retail facilities, or the acquired facility must be not less than 60 million rubles.
5. The contractor shall have in its staff the average number of certified and certified personnel necessary for the performance of the work, who have the appropriate permits and permits for complex and dangerous types of work.
6. Construction machinery, equipment and mechanisms are available to the Contractor in the necessary and sufficient quantity, which will allow the Contractor to perform the full range of necessary work at the facilities of X5 Retail Group.
7. The Contractor's own fixed assets (buildings, production workshops, machines, mechanisms, etc.) are not under arrest, subject to preliminary purchase and sale agreements, leases with the right of redemption, barter. The pledge of property is not an obstacle to participation in the tender, but other things being equal, the Contractor with fixed assets free from encumbrances will receive the advantage.
8. The indicator of CA (net assets) for the last full reporting year, as well as for the interim reporting period of the current year, which corresponds to the quarter, half-year, nine months, should be positive.
9. The Contractor has no overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees.
10. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue arrears in the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
11. It is necessary to fill out the questionnaires attached to the bid documentation.
