Comments:
Mandatory participation in the online meeting on Teams 20.03.2023 at 12.00 (required by email: AnastasiyaMelnikova@x5.ru send the participant's email).
Commercial offers will not be accepted without attending an online meeting in Teams.

Mandatory conditions:
1. The development period for the project is 10 working days
2. The project approval period with the customer and the lessor is 5 working days
3. Issuance of the project BEFORE signing the contract \ design application (by letter of guarantee)
4. Design work should be carried out only in 3D (BIM design)
5. Design work should be carried out only at the BIM360 site (unloading of projects and approval)
6. Participants are considered only with retail design experience of at least 3 years and the number of designed stores of at least 20 pcs.
7. Participants are considered only designing in 3D
8. Participants who did not participate in the introductory session in Teams will be excluded from the tender
9. The contractor's questionnaire must be filled in

Requirements for the Contractor:
1. Experience of working with large chain retailers for at least three years.
2. The term of registration of an organization as a legal entity, as well as the term of its registration for tax registration, must be at least 1 year.
3. The presence of projected objects of at least 20 pcs.
4. The contractor must have relevant experience in the implementation of objects in Retail.
5. The minimum insurance amount of SRO is 25 million rubles.
6. The contractor must have, confirmed by the staffing table, the necessary engineering staff of performers in the sections AR, KR, VK, OViK, EOM.
7. The Contractor has no overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees.
8. The contractor undertakes not to have overdue debts for the payment of taxes and fees at the time of conclusion of contracts.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
