Participation of small and medium businesses
Organizer has initiated the bidding only for small and medium businesses to participate. Verification of compliance with the criteria for being qualified as small and medium businesses is to be performed by the organizer.

Payment terms:1 Option
Customer payment advance payment advance payment 30%, provided that the return of the advance payment in the form of an irrevocable bank guarantee on 100% advance payment for the term of the contract plus 30 (thirty) working days. The Bank-guarantor of the previously agreed with the customer.
Subsequent payments shall be made by the customer upon completion of the works on the stages laid down schedule performance of design works, based on agreements signed by the parties on the basis of the signed receipt of the executed works with set-off parts previously paid advance proportional to the cost of phase in period not exceeding 20 working days from the date of receipt of the invoice from the contractor and invoices in accordance with the implementation schedule of the project works. From each payment deduction in the amount of 2.5% of the value of the corresponding phase of the present contract.
The date of payment is the day of debiting the current account of the customer at the expense of the contractor, which is confirmed by the payment order with the Bank's stamp customer.
The remaining 2.5% (two point five percent) of the cost paid by customer not later than 20 (twenty) working days after receipt of a positive conclusion of the fão Glavgosjekspertizy of Russia ".

Option 2
