Comments:
Provision of services in 3 stages:
Stage 1:
1. Preliminary prospecting, evaluation and exploration work. Which include sampling of OPI, laboratory tests, obtaining an opinion on the suitability of OPI for the designated purposes.
Stage 2:
1. Preparation of exploration projects for the search for OPI objects (building stone) in the spatial boundaries of objects planned for licensing.
2. Support of the state examination of exploration projects in the territorial offices of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Rosgeolexpertiza" until positive conclusions are received.
Stage 3:
1. Field work. Implementation of exploration projects.
2. Preparation of reports on the results of geological exploration with the calculation of reserves.
3. Submission of materials of reports with the calculation of reserves for state examination to the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Khabarovsk Territory.
4. Support of the state examination of the materials of the reports with the calculation of reserves, obtaining protocols from the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Khabarovsk Territory.
5. Preparation and submission of materials to the Federal State Budgetary Institution "TFGI for the Far Eastern Federal District", FSBI "Rosgeolfond".
In case of interest , the KP must be provided as part of:
1.A commercial offer with a detailed description of the conditions of work and an indication of the cost;
2.Completed offer card (required);
3.Scanned copies of permits for this type of activity;
4.In accordance with the security policy of Polymetal Holding, as part of the submission of a commercial offer, the Bidder must also provide the following documents:
- Consent to the processing of personal data issued on letterhead and sealed in the name of the Managing Director of Pekus Sergey Albertovich;
- The Charter (in the latest edition) with all amendments and additions;
- Certificate of state registration (on assignment of OGRN);
- Certificate of tax registration;
- The decision of the authorized management body of the legal entity on the appointment of the executive body;
- Letter from the Federal State Statistics Service on the assignment of codes;
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Permits for this type of activity;
- Accounting (financial) statements for the last reporting year, or for the last reporting period;
- Bank statement on the movement of funds for the last 3 months;

This request for proposal procedure is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations. The attached Contract is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Contract will be binding on the winner of the auction.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
