2. Khabarovsk Territory, Polina Osipenko district, in the Amgun - Somnya interfluve, on the right bank of the Ernesty spring in its upper reaches, the site of the Albazino mining and processing plant (Coordinates of the Albazino area Latitude 52 ° 51´ 17.7´´, Longitude 137 ° 53´ 2.6´ ´).

Requirements for the Contractor:
1. The contractor must be a member of SRO-P with a permit to work at HIF (provision of an extract from the register is mandatory), the facility is HIF of III hazard class;
2. Measuring instruments / instruments used during the survey must be verified. It is obligatory to have valid certificates of instrument calibration;
3. Before being mobilized to the AGOK site for work, the Contractor must go through a 3-day quarantine (the location is specified before arrival).
Accommodation, meals, delivery of the Contractor's personnel to the Customer's site:
The conditions are reflected in clauses No. 10, No. 12 of the Terms of Reference.

- commercial proposal on the official letterhead of the participant signed by an authorized person;
- completed forms: proposal card, calculation of additional costs, a summary table of the cost of work, a list of machinery and equipment, consent to the processing of personal data;
- scanned copies of the permits required for the performance of work (extract from SRO-P, valid certificates of equipment verification);
- reference-list;
- reviews of other Customers on similar works (if any);
- constituent documents: charter (fully in the latest edition), certificate of OGRN, certificate of TIN, decision of the founder on the appointment of the head, letter on assignment of codes (Rosstat).
