3 on the result of the completion of the entire scope of work.

an Advance Payment is required for the performance of the work, the contractor is obliged to submit
the original of the Bank Guarantee for the refund of the advance
payment issued in favor of the Customer, with a validity period exceeding by 60 working days the term of
work on the objects to be repaired.
* - monthly, step-by-step payment is not allowed, i.e.
it is possible to pay individually/on-site.
Preferably, settlements during the execution of the contract are carried out through accounts opened in JSC "Tolyattikhimbank".

The order of acceptance of works:
Acceptance of the completed works and their payment is carried out after the complete completion of the work with the presentation of a complete set of executive documentation and are executed by an act signed by authorized representatives of the parties. The evasion of one of the parties from participating in the process of delivery and acceptance of completed works, as well as the refusal to sign the act, entitles the second party to draw up and sign a unilateral act and make an appropriate note in it.
The customer may involve the facility user (operating organization), developers of technical documentation, specialized organizations and other legal entities and individuals in the acceptance process, creating an admissions committee, if necessary.
The act approved by the Customer is the basis for the presentation of forms COP-2 and COP-3 and payment for the work performed.
