Comments: 1. We ask you to provide a technical and commercial proposal in 2 parts - technical and commercial (Appendix 1), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP can duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices. 2.
