Payment upon the provision of services. After signing the act of completed works.
Comments: The participant of this trading procedure must necessarily provide the following documents:
1. The commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction) is IMPORTANT!!! The sum of the cost of services for each type of equipment for 1 unit is submitted to the ETP and KP (the figure for the TOTAL amount of the cost of services is Table No. 2 to the TOR), EXCLUDING the cost of spare parts. Prices for spare parts should be prescribed separately - the list is presented in Table No. 3 to the TOR.
Attach the completed tables No. 2 and No. 3 for each type of equipment to the KP.
2. Companies that do not have experience working with Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!
We remind you that the price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery time /fulfillment, guarantees, price, advance/post-payment, advance security, business reputation and work experience, readiness to work under a standard contract.
