Comments:
The participant of this trading procedure must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer in the form attached to the tender.
For post-warranty repair: At the ETP and in the commercial proposal, the amount of the cost of services for each type of transport for 1 unit is submitted (the figure for the TOTAL amount of the cost of services is an appendix to the TK), WITHOUT taking into account the cost of spare parts.
The commercial proposal must be separately for each type of transport with filled in annexes on the cost of services and the cost of spare parts for each type of transport.
For warranty maintenance:
On the ETP and in the commercial proposal, the sum of the cost of services for each type of vehicle for 1 unit is submitted (i.e. the number of the TOTAL appendix to the TK is the sum of the cost of all TO).
KP should be separately for each type of vehicle with a calculation of the cost of each maintenance and a list of types of work that are included in a specific maintenance, and a list of spare parts.
2. For companies that do not have experience in working with the Rusagro Group of Companies - a reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
3. A package of documents according to the mandatory list attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the participant's consent to sign the standard form of the agreement of the Rusagro Group of Companies without making any changes. A sample form template is attached to the tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered!
