3. It is mandatory to perform the entire complex of works as a whole (in one lot)
4. Execution of works in accordance with the regulations for work in the BC SOC (in the attachment)
5. Non-cash form of payment, 30% advance payment; final payment in 10 calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works.
