RFI in order to find solutions and suppliers of cash registers and CSR
Comments: The purpose of this request is to collect information on the models of self-service cash registers (CSR), their availability and approximate cost, as well as to form a pool of suppliers who will be invited to tender for the Call for Bidding of cash registers and CSR for the Leroy Merlin hypermarket chain.
To participate in the tender, you must:
1) Answer all the required questions in the E-Marketplace questionnaire
2) Provide all the documents requested in the application form for the E-Marketplace
3) All documents must be certified, i.e. they must be signed by an authorized person and signed with the company's seal or signed with an E-Signature.
4) Cash register equipment models are defined (cashier's workplace). Detailed information on the cash register model will be provided to Bidders who have passed the selection.
5) CSR model - not defined. The Bidder proposes a CSR model corresponding to the Requirements Specification. To determine the model, it is necessary to conduct testing. Please answer the questionnaire questions regarding CSR testing.
The result of this stage will be the testing of equipment to determine the CSR model and the formation of a pool of suppliers to work out the delivery of the selected CSR model and cash register equipment.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
