The system should provide the possibility of differentiation of access rights. At the same time, the System should allow to differentiate the editing rights within the specified user groups, as well as to identify users by belonging to a certain structural subdivision of the Bank.
The system should provide the ability to hierarchically view IT assets belonging to the enterprise, office, department, etc., to which this IT asset belongs.
The implementation of business processes in the scope of the solution should ensure further unification of processes and centralized support.
To minimize the impact of the development and configuration process on the productive operation system, a diversified architecture of the system landscape should be used, including a development and testing environment, a productive operation environment.
The architecture of the solution should be scalable. Scalability refers to an increase in the computing power of the system as the solution is replicated without major changes in the configured and developed functions, as well as system reports.
To participate in the procedure, you must provide:
1) description of the proposed solution (presentation)
2) top-level evaluation of implementation
3) preliminary terms of implementation
