- Technical requirements and conditions: 1. The provision of services must be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Rules of the Road, Federal Laws No. 257-FZ of 08.11.2007 and No. 248-FZ of 13.07.2015 "On highways and on road activities in the Russian Federation.
" 2. The quality of services must comply with the applicable regulatory documents of the Russian Federation, defining the procedure for the carriage of goods in in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 259-FZ of 08.11.2007 "Charter of Motor Transport and Urban Ground Electric Transport", General Rules for the Carriage of Goods by Road, approved by the Ministry of Transport of the RSFSR on 30.07.1971, as amended. dated 05/21/2007; Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation dated 01/26/2012 No. 20 "On Approval of the Procedure for Equipping Vehicles in Operation, including Special Vehicles of Category M used for Commercial Passenger Transportation and Category N Used for the Transportation of Dangerous Goods with GLONASS or GLONASS/GPS satellite navigation equipment"; and other applicable regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation related to the provision of cargo transportation services.
3. The required type of vehicles is container vehicles. The provided vehicles must be in good condition and comply with all technical requirements established for them, in compliance with the standards of maintenance, current and capital repairs, timely passing of technical inspection with the execution of all established documents.
4. To be able to replace a failed car (including in case of an accident) as soon as possible.
5. The costs of road transportation include: taxes, fees, payments and expenses related to the costs of fuel and lubricants, motor vehicle insurance, including OSAGO and CASCO, wages, maintenance and repair of cars (including the cost of work, spare parts and others), payment of transport tax, rent, washing, dry cleaning, heated car parking, payment for mobile communication of drivers, travel expenses, maintenance of backup vehicles, cargo insurance, as well as other expenses.
6. The number of container vehicles attracted at the same time is 2 units.
7. The daily duration of work is 8 hours (40 hour working week).
8. In case of production necessity, in accordance with the bid of the Customer, the transition to work is carried out by 3 container ships, 12 hours a day or around the clock.
9. Compliance by car drivers with the rules of internal regulations and traffic safety on the territory of JSC Nevinnomysskiy Azot, as well as compliance by drivers with all labor protection and industrial safety requirements when staying on the territory of JSC Nevinnomysskiy Azot.
10. Provision by the carrier of information on the maximum permissible gross weight and axial loads for each individual vehicle planned to be loaded.
Additional conditions:
1. Transportation of empty sea containers and tank containers (tank containers) is carried out by a container truck on the territory of JSC Nevinnomyssky Azot from the container site to the loading and filling stations.
2. Transportation of loaded sea containers and tank containers (tank containers) by container truck from loading and filling stations to the container site.
3. The distance between the objects is no more than 3km. The number of flights for 8 hours is no more than 7, for 12 hours no more than 9, depending on the name of the transported products and the facility where the shipment is made.
4. In the process of loading containers, the vehicle must necessarily be in the wound-up state for continuous air pumping and maintaining the level of the semi-trailer.
