1. The RD is sent after signing the Agreement to the general conditions of confidentiality (Appendix No. 3 as part of the Bid documentation)

3. Terms of payment:
- all payments within 20 business days
- an advance of more than 3 million rubles with VAT must be provided by a bank guarantee
- A 5% guarantee deduction for a warranty period of 12 months is paid after the expiration date or the provision of a bank guarantee.
