The price request is not a competitive bidding process and/or a public tender, and/or a public offer and does not entail the obligation of Customers to conclude contracts with the Call for Bidding Winner.
The organizer reserves the right to conduct additional negotiations with the winner of the price request on optimizing the cost of the products that are the subject of Call for Bidding (including requesting improved offers through the functionality of the electronic trading platform).
In case of a request for improved proposals, all Bidders of the main stage of the procedure are allowed to participate. Only a Bidder with the "accredited supplier" status assigned by the Security Department can be recognized as the winner of the procurement procedure, provided that the bid meets the requirements set out in this Documentation on Joint Call for Bidding.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct a joint Call for Bidding at any time without explaining the reasons and compensating for losses.
