Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
Comments: Manufacturers, official representatives and trade organizations are allowed. The presence of a passport / certificate. Analogs are allowed through pilot tests. Delivery is allowed in returnable containers, Eurocubes are new, or used / refined and steamed. All materials are subject to mandatory input control according to the quality certificate.
