Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Оплата за поставляемую продукцию каждой партии производится в форме 50% предоплаты в течении 15 банковских дней с момента получения Покупателем счета от Поставщика. Окончательный расчет в течении 15 банковских дней с момента поставки продукции на склад Покупателя и подписания товарной накладной. Поставщик в течении 5-ти дней после поступления средств на р/с предоставляет покупателю счет фактуру на аванс.
Terms of delivery:
Поставка продукции производится в течение года ежемесячно в течение 30 рабочих дней с момента письменного согласования ассортимента и количества продукции, указанных а извещении Покупателя. Транспортные расходы должны быть включены в стоимость товара.
