Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments:
Mandatory conditions:
1. As part of the first stage, participants send Questionnaires. Companies that have been approved within the first stage are allowed to enter the second stage.
2. Participants attach a commercial offer in the form of JSC "Cordiant" in the formats, *excel, *.pdf (on the official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head). The participant indicates prices for 2 sq.2023 and for the period 2-4 sq.2023. The final contract period will be determined by the Organizer at the summing up stage.
3. If the shopping center does not correspond to the organizer's catalog, the participant informs about it, the information is entered in the KP (the form is attached to the tender documentation). Information with parameters (A LINK TO the CATALOG, MATERIAL, COLOR, MODEL, ETC.) is indicated opposite each shopping center
4. A contract is concluded with the winner in the form of JSC "Cordiant".
5. In case of his victory, the participant agrees to the condition:
If the Supplier does not fulfill the terms of the contract in whole or in part due to circumstances depending on him, the Buyer has the right to terminate the Contract unilaterally with notification to the Supplier 10 working days before the date of termination of the contract, and the Supplier undertakes to compensate the Buyer for losses in the amount of the difference between the residual value of supplies between the Buyer and the Supplier at the time of termination (the cost of goods not delivered to the Buyer before the end of the initially established term of the contract) and the cost of goods (for a comparable period of validity) of a new Supplier chosen by the Buyer to fulfill the terms of the contract at its discretion.

1 Number of units.the ism corresponds to the applications of subsidiaries. Applications are sent after the conclusion of the contract.
2 The cost of the goods must include the cost of delivery to the consignee.

3. Preference will be given to the goods with the lowest cost, the most appropriate requirements of corporate standards of JSC "Cordiant".
4. Prices should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services.
6. The price remains fixed for each of the positions and does not depend on the size. All products must strictly comply with the declared GOST standards and delivered in accordance with the terms of the contract
7. The participant must be a user registered in the Trade and Procurement system "B2B-Cordiant" on http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and having the rights of a Participant in the System.
8 This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposing liability.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
