Payment terms:

Delivery time: within 2 weeks. All shipping, packaging and other costs must be included in the cost of the products.
The products must be new. The purchase will be carried out as applications are received until March 2023, with a fixed price per unit. The cost of the product must remain unchanged.

Comments: 1. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the participants of this procedure MUST, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial offer (indicating the delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and stamped by the organization participating in this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of this requirement by the participant of the procedure, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity period of the supplier's offer is at least 30 days.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or an official dealer of the manufacturer, or a distributor (the participant provides supporting documents simultaneously with the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged until March 31, 2023 (written confirmation).
5. Products will be purchased partially, as requests are received, with a fixed unit price.

The quantity indicated by items is approximate. It can fluctuate both up and down. There are no penalties for the shortage of products according to the declared quantity.
Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
