Comments:
1. The submitted technical and commercial proposal should consist of two parts: technical and commercial, certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. The technical part must specify the list and composition of works and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). If necessary, separate documents of the technical and commercial parts of the TAP may duplicate each other, provided that such documents in the technical part of the TAP will be presented without specifying prices, and in the commercial part with prices.

2. The technical and commercial proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TAP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TAP will be rejected.

3. It must be informed about the possibility of signing the Contract in the form of the Customer (attached).
The TCP must be provided with:
- completed counterparty questionnaire;
- decoding the cost for each cost item of the estimates and provide a calculation of the contract price (calculation of the index).

4. Lebedinsky GOK JSC uses electronic document management (EDO) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.

5. All questions and clarifications must be asked through the "Explanations" tab of the ETP.
