The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96
Comments: KP must be issued according to the form attached to the procurement documentation. IN the ABSENCE of a valid contract with the Buyer, it is necessary to attach documentation from the list of constituent documents.

In the KP, you must specify:
1) The cost of the Goods, including VAT, taking into account the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse, including packaging. The KP must necessarily reflect the final cost, including all the extras. expenses (delivery, packaging, labeling, etc.).
2) Attitude to products - free seller, dealer, representative, manufacturer, etc. It is necessary to upload a supporting document (authorized status of the dealer, representative, etc.).
3) Specify the manufacturer, the country of origin of the Goods.
4) Delivery time to the Buyer's warehouse.
5) Product Warranty. It is necessary to specify the warranty period, as well as the date from which the warranty begins to take effect (from the date of shipment from the manufacturer, shipment from the supplier's warehouse, delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, commissioning).
6) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 (six) months from the date of issuing the KP.
7) Certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming the quality of the Goods must be attached to the KP.
8) Criteria for choosing the best offer: product quality, minimum delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience; agreed analogues;
9) This request for proposal procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
10) This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this procedure for requesting an offer does not impose on the Customer an appropriate amount of civil obligations
11) The cargo must meet the requirements of GOST 15846-2002 "Products sent to the regions of the far North and areas equated to them. Packaging, labeling, transportation and storage" and GOST 14192-96 "Cargo labeling").
12) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill out a packing list (see the example of filling in the procurement documentation), attach the packing list to the packaging with the goods, send a copy to the Customer by e-mail.
