Payment terms:

It is necessary to attach constituent documents to the commercial offer (certified TIN, OGRN, Charter, Unified State Register of Legal Entities, financial and accounting statements for the last 2 calendar years, an order of appointment manager), quality certificates for products, specification (product composition).
The standard contract is supported in the auction documentation.
Offers made in this procedure without a Commercial Offer backed by Lots will not be considered.
