Payment terms:Payment after the fact. The price of the goods is billed per unit of production, including shipping, including VAT%. Payment for the goods is made by the Buyer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods. The delivery date of the goods is the date when the parties sign the invoice at the Buyer's warehouse. If you do not meet our requirements for payment terms, you must state your terms and conditions in the comments.

Reinforcement of the CP and the List of Documents according to the file "Package of documents for participation in the auction" is mandatory!

ATTENTION! The price is the most significant, but not the only criterion for evaluating the offer. When choosing a winner, the tender commission takes into account a number of the following criteria: compliance with the TOR, delivery/fulfillment period, guarantees, price, advance/postpayment, advance payment, business reputation and work experience , readiness to work under a standard contract.

The commercial offer must be submitted in the*.pdf format in one signed file and stamped on the company's letterhead. The information in it must be readable.
The commercial offer must contain the following information:
1. Supplier status — manufacturer or official distributor, availability of a license and a licensed warehouse;
2. Delivery time (working or calendar days/according to schedule);
3. Warranty period/expiration date;
4. Price including VAT per lot unit (must be specified in Russian rubles);
5. Payment terms (it is possible to submit one deferral, it is the same for all items, the recommended number in calendar days is at least 90 from the date of delivery);
6. Experience in working with Rusagro Group of Companies, on the market — years;
7. Readiness to work under a standard contract - yes/no;
8. The offer must be signed by an authorized person.

The package of documents for the company to participate in the trading procedure is provided according to the list of documents attached to the tender documentation — "Package of documents for participation in the auction".
In case of failure to provide a commercial offer/offer in violation of the requirements and/or does not provide the full package of documents described above, the trade organizer the procedure reserves the right to refuse to consider an offer submitted by a participant in the trading procedure.

The forms of the Rusagro Group of Companies standard Agreement and its annexes are supported to the trading procedure for review and formation of the Commercial Offer.
The goods are delivered according to the agreed delivery schedule.

If there is a test report, please attach it to the documentation.
