We invite you to take part in the request for proposals for "Maintenance and repair of sectional and roll gates, dock equipment, mine-type cargo lifts, vertical baling presses ORWAK and Europress Balex 25 for Crossroads X5 GROUP for Future use".

The ongoing Competition is a Request for proposals (an invitation to make offers).

• Appendix No. 1 – Commercial Proposal form in Excel and PDF electronic format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 2 – Contractual Counterparty card in electronic Excel format
• Appendix No. 4 – Compliance questionnaire in electronic format Excel and PDF (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 6 – Consent to participation in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)
• Appendix No. 9 – Letter of Guarantee in PDF format (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization)

The organizer of the procedure reserves the right to rebidding.
The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (Competitive bidding process form) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
X5 Group is not obliged to choose the winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete it by rejecting all bids received.
Bidders should be aware of this circumstance and take it into account when submitting their bids.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
