Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:100% post-payment, postponement of 21 working days from the moment of signing the act of completed works.
Delivery terms:All products must be packed in an individual package and an individual box, and then in cardboard boxes. The boxes are marked according to the address program. The contractor provides the following information 14 working days before shipment: the weight and dimensions of the shipment to each address + the number of boxes (places) to each address.

JSC "Cordiant" invites you to participate in the tender for the selection of a contractor for the manufacture of branded souvenir products of the Cordiant brand for JSC "Cordiant" 2023

A more detailed technical specification is reflected in the procurement documentation and in the KP Form. The offer must fully comply with the requirements of the terms of reference.

When submitting an offer, you must:
1) Fill out the Commercial Offer Form and send it in two formats: *.xl, as well as *.pdf with the signature and seal of the head.
2) Fill out and send the participant's Questionnaire in *.xl format
3) Send a list of documents for contractual work.
4) Indicate the ETP price in rubles. without VAT, which corresponds to the KP Form.

JSC "Cordiant" reserves the right to divide the purchase into lots.

Please note that all prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.

The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the tender procedure at any time, without explaining the reasons, without incurring any responsibility to the participants. Holding a tender is not an auction in accordance with Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
