Payment terms:Payment upon delivery of the inventory to the Buyer's warehouse within 30 calendar days.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: within 10-45 calendar days from the date of bilateral signing of the Contract/Specification.

Comments:
- The procedure of request for proposals is not a Competition (form of bidding) provided for by Art. 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the procedure for requesting commercial offers at any time without carrying any liability to suppliers.
- Replacement of declared products with similar, should not lead to deterioration of technical and operational characteristics of the offered products. Change of qualification is allowed only in the direction of increase of purity.
- The offered products must be certified and must be supplied with all necessary documentation, with a shelf life of not less than 75% of the standard.
- Acids in small packing up to 5 kg.
- If the manufacturer is specified in the position, the Supplier with the original Vendor will be given priority in selecting the Vendor.
- Base of delivery - warehouse of the consignee.
- Transfer of ownership - warehouse of the consignee. Delivery is possible in several stages.
