At this stage, we ask you to provide scanned copies of the following documents on the site by 09-00 Moscow time on 05/17/2024 inclusive
1) Commercial offer (Appendix 3 - pdf (signature, seal));
2) Specification (Appendix 3.1 - pdf (signature, printing), excel)

Please note:
When preparing the bid, we ask you to visit the facility. The offer form contains information about the site visit (yes/no).

The tariff for participation is not required. E-Signature is not required.
