Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Comments: An application for participation in the trading procedure on the B2b-Center TP must be submitted with an indication of the coefficients and rates (according to the formula), while, without fail, attaching a commercial proposal in the form of Appendix 1.
The commercial offer form is given in Appendix 1 to this commercial request.
Applications submitted to the B2b-Center TP without a commercial proposal filled out in the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.
The cost of services is calculated according to the following formulas and in a similar form is indicated in the attached commercial proposal:
RT (transit countries) +% (from RT transit countries) + RT (destination country) +% (from RT country of destination) + overhead costs (in USD) + freight forwarder's remuneration (in rubles).
Conversion into rubles (exchange rate) on the date of the carriage dispatch.
* Rail Tariff program
FOR CORRECT FILLING OF THE KP ON THE SITE:
a) the calculation is made according to the above formula and the total cost, depending on the specified load and the type of carriage, is filled in rubles for 1 gondola car / pipe carrier;
b) in the field% surcharge, the amount of surcharge in% to the price list 10-01 for KZH, UZB and TRK railway is indicated for reference.
c) in the Overhead costs field, it is the additional fees in USD for 1 wagon that are indicated
d) in the Forwarder's remuneration field, the amount of the fee for 1 wagon in rubles is indicated.
