2. When submitting an application, it is required to provide completed appendices to the request, as well as copies of constituent documents, certificates of state registration with the assignment of OGRN, certificates of tax registration, accounting statements (balance sheet + financial results report) for the last reporting year with a mark of the Federal Tax Service of Russia, a license to provide services for this activity (if available).
3. The submitted proposal must consist of two parts – technical (Appendix 1-4) and commercial (Appendix 5), certified by the signature of the head with a seal impression. In the technical part, the list and composition of works must be specified and it is not allowed to specify any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.).
4. The offer must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached TP and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TA will be rejected.
5. Ural Steel JSC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the Diadoc system (http://www.diadoc.ru ) of SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
6. In case of providing false information, a potential service provider may be suspended from participating in the Procurement, and if the unreliability of the information provided is revealed after the conclusion of the Contract, such a Contract may be terminated.
7. The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, as well as accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, as well as reject all Offers with or without explanation, as well as cancel the purchase at any stage, including after selecting the Winner.
8. In accordance with the policy of Ural Steel JSC on industrial safety, companies that have passed accreditation No. 396 General Accreditation and "Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety Accreditation" are allowed to perform work on the territory of enterprises. To pass the accreditation procedure, it is necessary to provide a completed supplier Questionnaire and a complete set of supporting documents.
Companies that have not passed accreditation cannot be selected as winners of tender procedures.
