Special attention!
1. Based on the results of the Request for Proposals, the Customer determines the potential Winner who proposed the terms of execution of the TRU supply contract that meet the customer's requirements, and the Customer's names, and the lowest price. If a Winner is chosen, a contract is concluded.
2. Commercial offers from participants are accepted if available:
Revenue (annual volume) of work performed at least 5 million rubles for the last reporting period;
* The applicant has work experience/provision of services/supplies of products similar to the subject of the request for the last 3 years (confirmation required);
3. Mandatory registration in the counterparty's personal account on the portal of PJSC LUKOIL posted on the Internet information and telecommunications network on the LUKOIL website (www.lukoil.ru ), intended for registration of third parties – potential and existing counterparties of LUKOIL Group organizations;
4. Payment terms - without prepayment, for 65 calendar days;
5. Performance of works/services – in strict accordance with the terms of reference.
6. To be admitted to the Rebidding procedure, registration in the personal account on the portal of PJSC LUKOIL is mandatory.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
