Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:Transportation and travel expenses must be included in the price. Expenses for the services of the FBU Altai CSM.

Calibration tables must be certified by the Altai CSM FBU.
This Bidding procedure is not an auction or tender, does not fall under Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
When submitting an bid for participation, you must attach a company card.
At the conclusion of the contract, it is necessary to provide a package of documents according to the fixed list.
