SCOPE OF SERVICES PROVIDED ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OF REFERENCE.

1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by the TCH with applications and contain key information on the scope of services provided, the conditions and terms for the provision of services.
2) TCH is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (information on the fleet, SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender and its conduct is not governed by Articles 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
