Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
100% post-payment. The Customer undertakes to pay for the Supplier's services for the reporting period on the 21st (twenty-first) calendar day or the working day following it, if the 21st day is a day off from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act by transferring funds to the Supplier's settlement account on the basis of the payment invoice. (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents (invoices, invoices, UPD) correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation).
Delivery terms:
The order of deliveries is at the request of the Customer. The approximate (predicted) frequency of removal of moderately hazardous biological waste from the Customer's facilities is specified in the Application Specification and may change upon the execution of plans, depending on the necessary needs of the Customer. Services are supplied by and at the expense of the Supplier.

Execution of loading and unloading operations by the Supplier
Availability of OKVED class 38 codes in the Unified State Register or EGRIP according to the OKVED-2 classifier
Providing the Customer with an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or EGRIP
Availability of own/hired special equipment for transportation of moderately hazardous biological waste from the Customer's facility
Providing the Customer with confirmation of the availability of own/ hired special equipment for the transportation of moderately hazardous biological waste from the Customer's facility: a purchase agreement / information about the presence of special equipment on the balance sheet, etc. or a valid (for the entire period of rendering services to the Customer) contract with a specialized organization in case it is involved in the transportation of moderately hazardous biological waste.
Availability of own/leased appropriate production facilities/territories and technological equipment (high-temperature furnaces, cremators, incinerators, other installations) for thermal incineration of moderately hazardous biological waste and/or sites/territories for burial (animal burial grounds, biothermal pits) of moderately hazardous biological waste
Providing the Customer with confirmation of the availability of appropriate production facilities/territories and technological equipment (high-temperature furnaces, cremators, incinerators, other installations) for thermal incineration of moderately hazardous biological waste and/or sites/territories for burial (animal burial grounds, biothermal pits) of moderately hazardous biological waste: relevant expert opinions of Rospotrebnadzor, purchase/lease agreements, passports, certificates, vet inspection certificates.doctor, veterinary opinion, etc.

Providing the Customer with confirmation of the availability of own/hired containers from the Supplier for the transportation of moderately hazardous biological waste of the Customer (containers with lids resistant to mechanical impact, the effects of detergents and disinfectants / other structures that do not allow spontaneous opening): valid purchase/lease agreement, etc.
The presence of a registered site (production facility) in the Mercury system The supplier where biological waste disposal activities are carried out.

Performance of Services in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for handling moderately hazardous biological waste, safety regulations, fire safety, occupational safety and sanitation, as well as internal regulations in force at the Customer's Facility.
Other requirements and explanations:
The price is indicated for the collection, transportation and disposal of one kilogram of moderately hazardous biological waste as a whole for the service (collection + transportation+ disposal).
Approximate (predicted) the amount of moderately hazardous biological waste generated per year and the estimated (projected) frequency of their removal are indicated for information and may change in the direction of increase or decrease.

The refusal of the participant from his confirmed offer, as well as violation of the terms of this competition and the signed contract, lead to the disqualification of the participant (termination of cooperation with JSC Thunder) for a period of at least 1 year.

Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal of all affiliated participants from the competition.
