Comments:
1. -Safe parking;
- Possibility of connection of coastal power supply;
- Presence of a pass-through regime;
- Possibility of delivery of ship supplies and products by motor transport;
- Possibility of drinking water intake;
- Possibility to receive diesel fuel;
- The possibility of parking the Sun "Ordovik" the second overboard to the KS "athlete-4".

2. Please, ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the ETP functional (clarification requests).

3. To the proposals in electronic form to participants of this procedure it is necessary to attach the applicant's questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire before opening of envelopes.

4. The set of documents shall include a scanned copy of the commercial proposal signed by the authorized person and stamped by the organization-participant of this procedure. In the commercial offer, necessarily, should be displayed a positional detail of the services offered.

5. In the case of failure or improper performance of the procedure by the bidder, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of the participant.
The supplier offer is valid for at least 30 days.

Note: This request for proposals is not a notice of a competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
