2. Conditions necessary for the performance of work - availability of licenses and certificates for this type of services (if required). An agreed standard contract for equipment rental services for 2023, provide a commercial offer indicating the brand of equipment, units of equipment, cost per machine-hour. The transport must be equipped with signs with the name of the organization and a working ERA-Glonass system
3. The validity period of the TAP is at least 30 days;
