Requirement for the participants of the request for proposals:

Providing information about the experience of similar work (in free form), presentation of the company / engineer. Required to fill out Appendix No. 1 and Appendix No. 2

Work experience in the field of holding various types of events (concerts, corporate parties, conferences, business breakfasts, online broadcasts, etc.) for at least 5 years, including at street events.

By agreement with the Customer, it is possible to visit the facility (for this, you need to contact the organizer of the request for proposals by e-mail rossol@mercury-development.com )

The contract for the provision of services is planned to be concluded for 12 months.

Provision of a set of title documents (scanned copy):

- Company card;
- Certificate of state registration;
- Certificate of tax registration;
- Charter;
- Documents confirming the authority of the person signing the contract (the decision on the appointment of the CEO, a certified copy of the power of attorney);
- Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- Balance sheet for two years
- Profit and loss statement for two years.


Participants also need to specify the validity period of the commercial offer.

The contract for the execution of works will be concluded with Promtechnocom LLC TIN 7705650120.

An option to participate without an electronic signature is possible, for this it is necessary to send the company card to the organizer of the request for proposals by e-mail- rossol@mercury-development.com
