Payment terms:Payment for work performed is made monthly, on the basis of the acceptance certificate of work performed (form KS-2) and a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs (form KS-3) submitted by the parties, signed by the parties, within 40 days from the date of signing the KS2.3 forms.
Payment is made monthly. Advance payment of up to 30% of the contract amount is provided.

In the commercial proposal, indicate the total cost of work with VAT, the timing of the work, the terms of financing, the warranty period (at least 8 years), the amount of interest for general contracting services (at least 20%).
