Bid application shall be executed electronically in no particular form in Russian and shall contain: name, organizational form, location, postal address (for a legal entity) of the bidder; full name, passport details, place of residence (for natural persons) of the applicant; contact phone number, e-mail address.
The following documents are provided with the application:
- Application form in accordance with the Appendix to the auction documentation;
- copies of identity documents (for an individual),
- the current version of the Charter, as well as all existing amendments and additions to it containing a mark of registration (for a legal entity);
- the original Excerpt from the unified state register of legal entities/individual entrepreneurs received no earlier than 30 days before the date of submission of the application for participation in the auction, or its notarized copy or electronic document signed by the strengthened qualified electronic signature of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation;
- document confirming the authority of the representative to act on behalf of the legal entity (copy of the decision on appointment or election of an individual to the position), according to which such person has the right to act on behalf of a legal person without a power of attorney. $ If a person acts on behalf of a legal entity by power of attorney, also a power of attorney, certified by the seal of the legal entity (if any) and signed on behalf of the legal entity person or persons who, in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the constituent documents of the legal entity are granted the right to sign power of attorney, or notarized certified copy of such power of attorney (legalized copy of such power of attorney or copy affixed to it with apostille - for foreign persons). If the specified power of attorney is issued as a proxy, the main power of attorney on the basis of which the power of attorney is issued in the order of trust (or its properly a certified copy);
- for a foreign legal entity or individual entrepreneur: duly certified extract (or its duly certified copy) from the commercial register of the country of the establishment of the foreign legal entity with a duly certified a certified translation into Russian, the date of receipt of which does not exceed 1 (one) month before the date of submission of the bid; a duly certified document (or its duly certified copy) of the registration of a foreign natural person as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with the legislation of the relevant foreign person a State with a duly attested translation into Russian, the date of receipt of which does not exceed one (1) month before the date of submission of the bid.
- a copy of the decision on consent to a major transaction or approval of a transaction under the Charter, if the requirement of such a decision for a major transaction is established by the law Russian Federation and (or) constituent documents of the legal entity;
- a letter about the presence or absence of the applicant's interest in VTB Factoring LLC and the nature of this interest when concluding the transaction;
- consent to the processing of personal data (in the form in accordance with the Appendix to the auction documentation) of the applicant, as well as all subjects of personal data whose personal data is transferred together with the application.
Bid applications shall be submitted electronically via e-document management system on http://www.b2b-center.ru
The winner will be declared the buyer who has offered the maximum price.
The contract is to be concluded as worded by the Seller.
To participate in the auction, the Applicant shall make a deposit according to the rules of ETP.
The deposit is transferred directly by the party under the deposit agreement (accession agreement).
The payment order in the section "Purpose of payment" should contain a reference to the date of the auction and the Lot number (assigned by the electronic platform), including the indication that the money funds are a deposit.
To participate in the auction, the Applicant shall make a deposit by transferring funds to the ETP account.
The deposit serves to ensure the fulfillment of the obligation of the winner of the auction to conclude the contract of assignment of rights of claims and payment of property purchased at the auction. The deposit is returned to all participants of the auction, except the winner.
The deposit transferred by the winner shall be credited to the amount of payment under the contract of assignment of claims rights.
By the fact of making money as a deposit for participation in the auction and submitting an application for participation in the auction the Applicant confirms acceptance of all terms and conditions of the auction on deposit (agreement of accession).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
