MANDATORY CONDITIONS:
1. Scrap metal is exported by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the Management Company of LLC TMS Group
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of 100% of the scrap metal volume in accordance with the terms and conditions of the specification

6. The Buyer's representatives are required to undergo an introductory briefing on labor protection when entering the Supplier's territory.
7. The introductory briefing is conducted by the Supplier's occupational safety specialist.
8. While working on the territory of the Supplier, all Buyer's agents must be provided with appropriate protective clothing, footwear and other PPE.
9. The Buyer's representatives must use personal protective equipment.
10. Representatives are not allowed to stay on the territory of the Supplier without protective helmets.
