1. The export of scrap metal is made by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the UK LLC "TMS Group"
2. Scrap Metal Weighing is carried out on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the export of scrap metal at least 2 units of transport on each working day at the request of the Supplier.
4. The buyer is obliged to ensure the export of 100% scrap metal volume according to the terms and specification condition. If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the submitted offer (no refusal letter, no contact by mail or by phone), and if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the validity of the specification concluded with it and does not comply with the tender conditions, then in the next three months the competition commission does not consider its proposals.

9. Buyer representatives are obliged to use personal protective equipment.
10. The presence of representatives in the territory of the Supplier without protective helmets is not allowed.
