1. The export of scrap metal is carried out by the Buyer's own transport from the premises of TMS Group LLC.
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure that at least 2 units of scrap metal are exported each working day upon the Supplier's request.
4. The buyer is obliged to ensure that 100% of the scrap metal is removed according to the time and specification condition. If there is no information from the winner of the lot about the relevance of the offer (no rejection letter, no contact by mail or phone), and if the winner of the lot refuses to accept scrap during the period of the specification entered into with it and fails to comply with the terms of the tender, and the competition committee does not consider its proposals in the next three months.

9. Buyer's representatives are required to use personal protective equipment.
10s. Representatives are not allowed to be on the premises of the Supplier without safety helmets.
