1. Scrap metal is exported by the Buyer's own transport from the territory of the bases of the Management Company of LLC TMS Group
2. Scrap metal is weighed on the Supplier's scales.
3. The Buyer is obliged to ensure the removal of scrap metal by at least 2 units of transport on each working day at the request of the Supplier.
4. The buyer must ensure that 100% of the scrap metal is exported according to the terms and conditions of the specification If there is no information from the lot winner about the relevance of the submitted offer (no withdrawal letter, no contact by mail or phone), as well as if the lot winner refuses to accept the scrap during the validity period of the specification concluded with it and does not comply with the terms of the tender, then in the next three months the tender commission does not consider its proposals.

9. The Buyer's representatives must use personal protective equipment.
10. Representatives are not allowed to stay on the territory of the Supplier without protective helmets.
