WE DRAW YOUR ATTENTION to the changes in the procurement procedure, now instead of the supplier's commercial offer, you need to fill out the form and its appendix, which are in the bid documentation. Filling is required, otherwise the bid will not be considered.

2. If your company is a manufacturer or dealer of products, please provide supporting relevant documents.
4. If you submit your proposal, you also automatically agree to the form of our framework agreement.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
