1)  Full nomenclature name of MKZ;
2)  Price without VAT, taking into account delivery and individual packing (transportation from the warehouse GAZ to the company for recovery and back to the warehouse GAZ);
3)  The proposed volume per month;
4)  Delivery time of products from the moment of placing an order;
5)  Settlement procedure;
6) Price Validity period (price fixing should be at least 12 months).
7)  Warranty replacement period;
8)  Agreeing to work on part of the specification;
9)  Agreement to work on the model supply contract of GAZ Group.
