Payment is made by the Purchaser, provided that the invoice is received from the Supplier duly executed in the name of the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100%, from the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) banking days from the moment of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and signing by the Parties of the Act of acceptance-transfer (Act of fulfillment of services, works) or other Document confirming delivery (performance of services, works).
The Participant of the "Request for proposals" procedure, recognized as the winner, shall, within 5 (Five) days from the date of completion of the request for proposals, open a current account in the bank "Lanta-Sbank" (JSC) for the purpose of making payments under the contract, in respect of which Request for proposals

Технико-коммерческое предложение обязательно должно содержать:
- Коммерческую часть (стоимость Товара с учетом доставки, условий оплаты, стоимость без учета НДС и т.д.).

Формат коммерческого предложения приложен (Приложение №1). Также должно быть приложено коммерческое предложение согласно требованию п.6.6. Технического задания. Коммерческое предложение направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате;
- Техническое описание Товара.
Внимание:
Участнику закупки необходимо прикрепить коммерческое предложение и техническое описание Товара с подписью ответственного лица, паспорт качества и сертификат соответствия, договор официального дилера, подписанный экземпляр анкеты и учредительные документы (перечень необходимых документов указан в Приложении № 3)
